Does this count as irony?  Paul McCartney was almost hit by a car, in the crosswalk from the “Abbey Road” album cover.

Paul was recreating that famous walk for his daughter Mary, who made a documentary about Abbey Road studios called “If These Walls Could Sing”.

She says, “[It] was so funny.  As we were leaving [the studio], I said, ‘I’ll film you [crossing the street],’ and he went over and this car totally didn’t stop for him!”
